The main goal of imb is for the scientists of the project partners to meet and discuss important topics related to the project, possible problems and difficulties. Scientists will continue to exchange ideas and experiences about the project for the next two years.

Through International management board setting, multidisciplinary experts from University of Zadar and University of Venice in collaboration with representatives of national and regional institutions will support the project implementation and share knowledge by forming thematic groups in order to create guidelines for common project activities between partners. EWS will be set up/updated, along with forecasting system integrated into local public authority's emergency system in order to minimize the response time of urgent services(fire brigades, police HGSS and interventions in civilian protection).
